A really lovely place to stay in a nice residential area. Yes, it isn't in the centre, but at the end of the day it's good to have somewhere peaceful to retreat to. The food is fantastic too. Prices aren't budget but it's worth it.

If you have to leave early in the morning and have booked breakfast you do not expect to have to spend 20 minutes trying to wake the staff up first. If you do enjoy your food in microscopic portions and do enjoy waiting an hour and a half for food with your drinks served after your meal rather than before then i recommend you use the restaurant too.close

Although a bit outside of the main area of Kolkata it was a great place to escape to at the end of the day. Tha staff was outstanding. We arrived a day early and although they were completely booked they offered us a suite at the price of the standard room we had reserved and spared us having to roam the streets of Kolkata in search of a place to stay. Definitely would recommend this place to absolutely everyone thinking about heading to this city.close

Our room was double booked so we were accommodated in the Bodhi Trees 'Sister Hotel', if this happens to you make sure you get one hell of a discount as this is not the boutique hotel that you have paid for, more of a businessmans travellodge.

A real oasis in a crazy town So good that we cancelled our "treat" night at The Oberoi to come back here after a trip to Darjeeling. I would recommend this place without a second's hesitation to any visitor to Calcutta
