Koh Tao is a gorgeous island, which is very relaxed and chilled out. It is known to be the best place for scuba diving in Thailand. The snorkelling is also excellent. The beaches are very pretty with bars and restaurants dotted along them. |

The restaurant/bar is great and has really nice food, the staff are really friendly and the whole place is very chilled out and right on the beach which is exactly what u want from thailand. the room was basic with no sheets or towels but overall it was excellent value for money we'd stay here again. |

Koh Toa is a really good island if you want to dive as there is so many centres to join up with and the courses are cheap too. But thats about it really, they do have nice restaurants and at some of the bars they have movie nights which is great. |

Come to Sairee Beach to do diving - cheaper than Australia. Koh Tao is the better island than Koh Phangan and Samui - very chilled out just remember to bring your insect repellent. |

loved this island, its small but lots to do best for scuba diving. great nightlife too. only got to spend 2 days here would have loved another 3. |

Koh Tau is a small island close to Koh Samui. It is not as busy as Koh Samui and offers stunning beaches with affordable bech accommodation in the form of chalets (a bedroom with ensuite bathroom). The hammock on the verandah makes for hours of chilling... A great place to escape the crowds. |
