Staff lack english and finding the hotel is difficult. Exit the central exit and turn left. You'll find a map outside with the hotel's location. Beware that from the street you'll come in on that the hotel's english name is not used.

Anyway, if you're gonna be out all day long then this place is convenient to just come back to and crash in.close

The location is great if you want to explore the Harbor Land area or if you travel with a JR pass, as JR Kobe station is really close. But remember that JR Kobe station is not directly in the city centre (this would be JR Sannomiya).close

If the single room of 1 person can accept 2-person-stay with the same price, it would be very good hostel to be chosen. As the rate of double bed room is too high, however their single room size is enough for 2 person staying, which is more economy for couples and student.

Great deal for a budget business hotel. Had a great location within walking distance from Harborland, where we spent the ajority of our time.

The walk from Kobe Station is very short, as advertised, and if you can get your hands on a JR Pass or Kansai Free Ticket, hopping back and forth between Sannomiya and the hotel on the many local trains is no problem (Rapid and Special Rapid services stop at both stations, too). The room was very spacious for Japan.close

Very poor lighting in the room, was very disappointed to pay that much and not be able to see anything in the room with only stand lighting. Internet was not working while we were there which made us paying such a high price for lack of facilities seem even more ridiculous.

I aired it out as best I could. Not sure if they have any non-smoking rooms.<p> Here are some better directions to get to the hotel: exit from Kobe Station in the direction that ISN'T towards Harbor Land. When you come out you'll see a large, low building with a roof that has lots of points, and a huge white bike shelter. Walk between the two to the street. Straight ahead you'll see a bright orange building with an AU store on the first floor. Two streets meet in a V at this store. Take the street to the left. The hotel is about a block and a half up, on your left.close

They even told us that they gave us a larger room so that was nice. The hotel was a bit confusing to find because there were 3 streets that it could have been on. When you exit the station, turn left and you'll see 3 different streets. Turn down the street where the AU phone store is. You should be able to see a Shell station, and the hotel was on that street. I would definately recommend this hotel.close
