This... more Knysna is famous for its hiking trails which bring you right up into the mountains overlooking the bays. We did some of the trails that are based around the old gold mines and it was really interesting, they have a little museum which you can call into which has a little tea room attached. This came in very handy for us as it poured rain half way up the track and we were unprepared and soaked! Regardless you should definitely make time to do some hiking around Knysna, its really beautiful. Many of the tracks are also suitable for mountain biking if you are feeling extra fit!close
