A fabulous place off the beaten track for those who want to get away from the main tourist attractions. Located close to Kinvara, a charming little seaside town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Doorus house hostel. We were made feel very welcome and comfortable. There was all the information at hand of the local area and the staff were very informative.

The web didn't explain it was in the middle of no where...Really you need a car to stay at the dorrus house...i did enjoy the staff...and i took a little walk around the area...really beautiful...just WAY to far out of Galway and Kinvara without really letting you know the proper details of it...

SOme soap in the toilet and better showere facilities more of same . lack of clarity around sheets thought they were included in price . Good for young people. Unfortunately a little off the beaten track for busses, but very beautiful surroundings and sweet people.

it was great and the countryside was beautiful but it is a ways out there!! find a bus early, only a few go that far from galway daily...it was worth it though.
