I was only there for one nigh but I had a great time in Killarney. The staff were super helpful, suggesting things to do and how to do them. They have a good luggage storage room, the bedrooms themselves are nice and clean.

We had an ensuite room so cant comment on the main bathrooms but ours smelt musty, it was pretty clean though.

everything was wonderful. I guess my only complaint would be that breakfast wasn't free, but my mom and I just went only and bough some eggs and bread to cook for ourselves and solved that issue real quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything had just been cleaned right... more everything was wonderful. very disappointing stay in this hostel, the bedroom was not very cleaned and the bathroom was very very smelly! A lot of noise during night time, so I would not advise this hostel for people who like to visit while travelling around.

Nice enough place to stay. Not the cleanest Hostel in the world however is good for a short term stay. Kitchen is awesome! Staff friendly and helpful.

My one concern was the temperature in the hostel. The public rooms, common room, kitchen, bathrooms etc were always cold.The room heater is on a timer so it turns on around 6pm. It was off when we woke up around 0830. Even with the heater at it's highest the warmest our room got was 67F (19C). If... more My one concern was the temperature in the hostel. This place was a little sketchy. The location was good, being a 10 minute walk from the national park, and the staff was helpful. But the kitchen was dirty, the bedroom walls were thin, and there was no hot water for showers in the morning. Our room was located next to a noisy bar, so it was...

needs a better direction to the place from the bus station. Staff excellent...Bathrooms need updated, really need some minor repairs... too loud music. need more computers. better lightings in both common areas and in rooms.

It's a very big hostel, the bathroom is definitely too small for so many people and it was dirty, didn't want to touch anything.the kitchen was ok and the staff was nice and helpful.

The hostel had that sour musty smell places get when they never really dry out. Like a towel you left in the wash too long, and even after drying it retains that unmistakeable smell. Centrally located - very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. A big hostel, but still clean and cosy. A cheap, simple breakfast is available. Location is really great - I would definitely stay here again.

first time staying in a hostel fantastic helpfull staff ,a 5 minute walk to the national park which is fantastic for non drivers would definately recommend this place to others brought my mum over to broaden her horizons and she is now looking to book her next hostel trip !

Good Hostel. Rooms are clean, the staff is really nice. There is also a big kitchen and this hostel is right in the center (especially if Killarney is not very big, the other hostel is a bit far).

We had a two-bed-room, and we payed very much for it in my oppinion. Unfortunately the shower and the wc were not be in the room. I would have expectet it for the money we have payed

Excellent Hostel, clean, the dorms are quite big, bathroom clean, very quiet area and staff very friendly! I'll go back in this hostel next time i'm in Kerry.

great hostel. enjoyed my stay, would improve on the bathrooms though, just a little tight trying to fit into the toilets and showers but overall a great place to stay and the staff are as friendly as can be.

Very nice and helpful staff! However, carpets were a bit dirty and, because of the bad ventilation in bathroom, air in the room was very humid, there was even some mildew on the ceiling. Anyway, location is excellent, and I can't complain about the people. .

hands down, the best hostel i have EVER stayed at. It had the feeling of a resort hotel, good music, good staff, good kitchen facilities, the people are all very nice, 11 out of 10, the best hostel experience ever. and i have travelled extensively in Europe and north america
