I think the owners should specify that they are another 4-6 miles outside of Kenmare. For someone with a car it can be very tough to get around.

This place just screamed shady to me and my wife as soon as we pulled in. It was on a very dark back road and the staff was unfriendly.

If you are looking for a wonderful get away with beautiful views and common area, this is the place. We absolutely loved this place that seemed like a boutique hotel rather than a hostel.

This place is hardly a hostel. It is more like a B&B just wihtout the breakfast. Very clean and well furnished. Approx 10km out of Kenmare however so would only suit those people with a car. W

Very clean, all wood interior, great beds, huge rooms, huge bathroom, sitting room and eating rooms. The owner was very accomodating and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out by the stove fireplace playing games. Only downside, it its location outside of town, if you didn't have a car, it was hard to get to, but the views were awesome.close

A perfect hostel! We would rather call it at least a B&B. Very cozy cozy cozy! Warm, quiet, tidy, beautiful.. A very good relaxation place :) Completely different from city hostels.

Pity that they don't do breakfast. The hostel is far from everything (you need a car) and that means driving to Kenmare (10km) to find food. I'm convinced it'd be better to have tea and toast in the hostel!!!
