A warm welcome is assured for all who find their way to Watersedge in Kenmare. This new purpose-built guesthouse is in a superb location with beautiful views of Kenmare Bay, which is only a stones throw away. Surrounded by oak woods, it is a peaceful and private location but still only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. All rooms are large with private shower and toilet, TV and hairdryers. Tea/coffee is available all day in the guest lounge along with some books and local maps. There is plenty secure and free private parking. Your host Noreen is always on hand to help with any queries on local restaurants and more.

Very comfortable B&B a little out of town. Lovely setting (if it hadn't been raining!)Hostess was very helpful with travel plans. Breakfasts were delicious...especially hosts' own smoked salmon!

Noreen gave us great advice on local scenic drives. Highly recommend a tour of the Beara peninsula. Room was clean with water views. About 15 min walk to Kenamare for meals.

very beatiful and nice place. clean, large and beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast (you can choose what you want) and friendly staff. if we ever travel to that region again, we are sure to stay at waters edge!

Lovely getaway. Beautiful, secluded and quiet location; yet not far from this charming town. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Breakfast had many choices which all were of a quality standard. Highly recommended.

What a spectactular bed & breakfast. The host, Noreen, made us feel so welcome considering we arrived so late at night. The room was very spacious, better than anywhere we have ever stayed. We would highly recommend this accommodation!! A superb breakfast too!
