Unfortunately they didnt have knowledge of our booking until we pursuaded them to call the manager. We also werent given any info about the hotel rules etc... and all notices were in Czech and German. The room was nice and clean as were the bathrooms. Restaurant serves nice home made food, but no English menu and the buffet closes quite early.close
