Quite good space in the apartment, Excellent Breaky, actually too much for me, save the lunch even afternoon tea. Need more woks and other cooking stuff in the kitchen maybe.

Bar downstairs and free breakfast, can't go wrong. Have to admit the walk was quite a bit of a trek to get there. There are stairs on the left of the hill to get up which is a lil nicer than taking the road.

I will give 70% for the cleanliness, the staff not very helpful but ok!! No reception, heater & hot water for shower at the night (maybe just I stayed night).

very nice apartments and hostel overall, very clean, nice facilities, very friendly staff; location is up the steep hill in the old town so a bit difficult to access; went in end of september, hostel had very few people and the bar and common area was closed which was dissapointing

Very nice, we basically had our own apartment with our own kitchen, bathroom. The staff are very friendly and you get breakfast included. the only thing that isn't great is the big hill you have to walk up to get there. I would definately recommend this place.

Very good location - only 10 min walk from the city centre up the hill - great bus connections as well. Very friendly and helpfull staff ... I truly recommend the hostel.

great place to stay , staff very helpful , though we were on the 4 th floor so climbing up was a pain also it is located on top of a hill. but otherwise a great expirience!! Cheers

There were no lockers to put your bag in. And the hostel is at the top of a huge hill, so definately take the bus to the hostel.

An excellent hostel, in an apartment style dorm, with your own personal shower/bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast is included and there is a nice bars on the ground floor. Just a short walk from the main spas and attractions.

lovely place!!! i strongly recommend this hostel! it is a little far away from the bus station on foot, but i love here!! the owner is helpful and great

Great Hostel with big room and nice Staff. Nothing to complain at all. Well, if I have to mention something, the breakfast has not a lot of variation, but it is sufficient. The walk up the hill is just a few minutes and doable. Good service, really clean and big rooms. I can really recommend this...

we had a wonerful time in Karlovy-vary, mainly due to Michel, the manager of the hostel-he is a marvelous person, knowledgableand very helpful. The Quest is highly recommended by us

Perfect place to stay. The location is just up the hill from the center of the old town. The apartments were huge and spotless. You can't beat the price, especially with the breakfast included. Highly recommended; I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at the hostel. A kitchen to cook is something great to have, which is apparently there at the appartment so one doesn't really need to go out and spend lots of money.

hotel is very very far from city center and bus station. No clear direction instruction put on the websites. we spend almost one hour to find the hotel after we get off the bus. It was the worst experience I ever have especially in cold winter day!!!!!!!!

Fantastic place, really friendly, get yourown big clean apartment at very low cost and in good location. Breakfast offered and is very nice would reccommend to anyone!

Good prize and have much facilities more than I expected in a room. However,there are two defects, 1, the beds are too soft to sleep. 2, as there is no water screening in bathroom, the water from shower is inevitable to wet the floor.

by far one of the best hostels ive stayed in in europe! it was more like an appartement than a hostel, very clean, with a cheap bar downstairs. you can get there on publc transport but it was only 150 krown (about 5 euro) to get there by taxi the first time so you know where it is.

hard to find when you get dropped off in the middle of town, but just go with the directions and you'll find your way, but i had to ask a few peopel. the staff were very helpful and i was amazed at how nice a spacious the apartments were. definately worth the stay. good breakfast too.

RESERVATIONS MESSED UP FOR LOTS OF CUSTOMERS, ENDED UP HAVING TO SLEEP ON THE SOFA. BAR WAS SHUT WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN AND THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOWN. THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FACILITIES WERE VERY GOOD THOUGH.

The hostel is a converted apartment complex, so while there isn't really much in the way of a common area besides the bar downstairs, you basically get to stay in a fully furnished flat with sitting room and private full kitchen.

The name scared me, but good place. GREAT location. Big apartment like rooms -- dorm bedroom, living room, big kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Steps -- keep you fit.

Great location, though prepared to walk up a very steep hill everytime you return to the hostel from the township. Otherwise very beautiful place!!!
