We were very disappointed in the room we were allocated. It had a broken down wardrobe & the shoer room was disgusting. Having stayed on several occasiions previously in good accomodation with basic cooking facilities which we had expected this was a disaster.

The hotel was nice, but it was much farther outside the city than we were led to believe. Also we were told to come back to pick up our key before midnight, and when we arrived at 11pm, we were completely locked out.
