A pesar de que el hotel estaba lejos del centro de Verona, relación calidad-precio excelente. Muy limpio y muy amables. El desayuno, con mucha variedad.

Hotel Maxim was a nice stay- a bit of a bus ride from the town centre (Amphitheatre), but a clean and comfortable hotel room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

our best booking through hostelworld. It's a 4-star hotel, and an amazing deal since it costs the same as the other hostels on our trip, but with such better quality. Also, an amazing free breakfast buffet.

Only problem was location and ambiguous directions provided on website. It does not explain HOW to get to the hotel when taking a bus from the train station. The staff member with whom I spoke about this matter was also not very receptive or sympathietic to my having been lost and wandering around for thirty minutes in the middle of the night. fyi- after disembarking from the bus continue on zeviani until it intersects with del capital (only a couple of blocks). make a right on del capital. the hotel is just a few hundred meters down the street, across from the hospital, on the right.close

This hotel was brilliant for the price. a four star hotel with excellent service and a good restaurant. the breakfast was amazing. the only draw back was the location which was quite far outside the town and you could only get to and from by bus. definately reccomended

The staff would have been excellent except for the fact they lacked essential information about Verona and the area. Cleanliness would also have been excellent except that the shower waste looked grubby below the stainless steel cover. 'Fun' is not a heading applicable to this type of hotel but there is an abundance in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and the breakfast was excellent.close

Awesome hotel - more of a family place a opposed to a party place if thats what you're looking for. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful and as for cleanliness - spotless. Will take 10min on the bus from city centre but no big deal, buses run regularly.

the hotel is a little bit out of town but it's a proper 3 star hotel with big rooms and helpful staff, a taxi to town costs about 10 euro, but the buses are regular enough and only take about 15 mins

Slightly too far out from centre of Verona but it was as the guide described so no real complaints. Awkward internet-use system of €5 vouchers which are no good if you're engrossed in doing something. Useful carpark.

The staff is extremely disinterested in serving the customer. If you can ignore that bit, its a good hotel (at the price i got it for), far from the city.
