Incredible it's a 4 star hotel, not good at all, in an industrial area.

The hotel is not located in Verona. To or from the hotel by taxi costs 15-18 euro. There is a bus that takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center.

the location...its in the middle of nowhere. although there were buses the staff advised us to catch a bus that didnt exist. secondly there is no food within a 10 km radius - the hotel restaurant was already closed at 730. breakfast - a free buffet that we weren't told about until we checked out.... more the location...its in the middle of nowhere. although there were buses the staff advised us to catch a bus that didnt exist. secondly there is no food within a 10 km radius - the hotel restaurant was already closed at 730. breakfast - a free buffet that we weren't told about until we checked out. we will make sure we never come back again. a tip to others: stay in central verona it will end up cheaper because taxis are about 30 euro.close

Plus the buses don't run on time and don't run until after 2pm on Sundays!close

The hotel should provide better information of the location of the hotel.

Catch bus no. 50 from the station. Its about 15-20 mins out of the city centre, but the bus stop is very close to the hotel. The only place I could find with a single room. Staff were very friendly and I felt safe there. Verona is lovely.

A 15 minute drive to the center of Verona, the hotel is located on the main road into Verona, so the traffic noise from outside is perpetual. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the staff was pleasant. Car parking is not a problem and the hotel was nice in the way that largish hotels are.close

This is NOT in Verona. Beware that its a well ways worth and bus-ride out of everything you want to do. It severely limits your days in town, though it is a nice and hella-clean hotel with minibars and a TV

The place was excellent, everyone was friendly and very helpful :) Loved the hotel, a little far but there was a bus stop less than a block away. Great overall experience in Hotel Cristallo.

it should be noted that the last bus from verona to the hotel is at 8pm! after that you will need to use Taxi's, and that the hotel restaurant is not open on weekends ! there is little to do in the local area at night and only one other restaurant within walkable distance (next door !) but very...

Seriously overpriced, not a hostel and a good 20 min taxi journey from Verona, better off paying 20euro more staying in Verona and savong the taxi fair (at night you have to atke a taxi as the buses stop running that far!)

the hotel was kinda far from the center of Verona and we had to use taxi service after 8pm since the bus service stopped at 8pm. That made it expensive to travel at night.....

This is a clean hotel. The location and the price do not seem to add up. for what you pay and what you get I would expect to be closer to the City Center. We drove so the parking was a nice thing to have- if you do not have a car I would not recommend staying here as public transport is at...
