Near the historic centre. Coffee machine is a great plus. Comfortable room with fridge and air conditioning. I'd stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. The staff were very helpful and our room was large, bright and immaculately clean. Bathroom was huge and spotless. Would definately stay here again and recommend to others.

Extremely high standard - this is a hotel rather than a guesthouse, which might be the only downside; it's rather expensive. Friendly staff and superb location on a quiet street in Verona's old town.

The accommodation was a short walk from the train station - and the room was HUGE! Everything was really clean and it was just a short walk to the sights. Our 'host' was lovely and very helpful in what to see and do.

The staff is particularly excellent... when I told the owner I was leaving before the normal breakfast time, he came early and prepared breakfast so that I could eat before my trip to Milan. A great guy!

I really enjoyed this hotel/b&b. It was probably one of the nicest I stayed in while traveling through Italy. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Although the directions seemed very vague, the hotel was quite easy to find. Overall it was a great hotel, the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast and the rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone staying the night in Verona.

I was happy with the lare size of the room and the cleanliness. Overall a good location between the train station and old-town. The one internet PC needs an upgrade. For the price range also free WiFi would be nice. I had a good stay in this small hotel.

Fransisco is so nice and helpful! The room was spacious and very clean. His place comes highly highly recommended!! It's a short walk from all the main sites and good restaurants.

The hotel was really nice, it was in a quiete area but still within a 5 minute walk of the roman theatre in the busy Piazza Bra. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast was better than most offer in Italy. If staying here be sure to arrive when you say you will as staff are not always at reception and the front door will be locked. This was difficult to find as directions on the website aren't easy to follow, from the train station walk accross the main road and the river. Keep on the same road in to Piazza Simoni, to the left of this square is Via Casa which becomes Via Scalzi. On the right handside of this road after a few minutes of walking you will cross a junction for Via Marconi, it is then the next right hand turn and the first or second building on your right.close

Great location, it was easy and convenient to get to from the train station, even with large packs. Good for getting to the major attractions. Staff, fun and cleanliness were average. Not a five star, but great for students, or couples not looking to spend too much on accomodations, but still...

The guesthouse was very nice, the owner very friendly and helpful, the price is very reasonable considering that you can park for free and get a huge breakfast. The location is also very good, in a walking distance from all the major sites. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great to stay there!! Very beautiful and clean hotel!! A bit complicating to find it, though. It has a full of lovely service, for example, u can chill in a breakfast room during day time for a cup of coffee!!!! The owener was really sweet and kind!! Wanna stay there again, if I could!!!!

Beautiful guesthouse. Very clean, well presented and comfortable. Two gripes -the reception was closed when it was meant to be open which meant an hour and a bit wait to check in and one day the cleaner left our room unlocked.
