Countryside Villa immersed in the nature, on the surrounding hills of Verona only 6 km from the historical center. An oasis of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by vineyards and shady olive groves. Since this area is not well covered by public transportaion we recommnend the use of the car. At guests' disposal we have Intenet Wi-Fi service, the living room with cable TV, private parking space, deckchairs and hammock in the beautiful garden…and the breathtaking view over Verona and the surrounding hills. Our B&B offers 3 comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms located in a very relaxing environment. Included in the price, breakfast may be taken in the house's comfortable living room or enjoyed in the delightful garden that is available for guest's use. Please, it is very important to us, that you indicate (if available) your mobile phone (+intl. code , area code, number) INSIDE YOUR BOOKING FORM or some other phone-numbers where we can reach you in order to keep in touch, in case of urgencies while travelling. Because we are both workers, we can not be at home all day long, so please your choosed Check-in time must be declared while booking and has to be possibly in the afternoon from 04:00 p.m. until 07:30 p.m. Please try to respect the declared check-in time or call us if you're late,it is important for everyone. Any other check-in time must be confirmed with us in advance by phone or by e-mail. Should your arrival be delayed for whatever reason, it would be best to contact us by phone as soon as possible, otherwise you could have to wait in order to obtain the keys to your room. We would like to remind our guests that this is a 'non-smoking' establishment, therefore, there shall be no smoking in any part of the house. The Balance Due payment will be per cash. Aborting reservation terms: - For aborted reservations later than 3 days to arrival date or in case of no show, will be taken the whole amount. - For aborted reservations up to 3 days before arrival date nothing will be taken except for the 10% paid at the booking time. - No refunds will be made for early departures.
