This hostel is a must, even if it's a little out of the city centre (though only a short trip by bus). It's more a B&B then a hostel, and the lady who runs the place is absoloutely hilarious! We had such a fantastic reception from her, who was more than willing to give us maps and brochures... more This hostel is a must, even if it's a little out of the city centre (though only a short trip by bus). It's more a B&B then a hostel, and the lady who runs the place is absoloutely hilarious! We had such a fantastic reception from her, who was more than willing to give us maps and brochures and sat us down for a what's what and what to see in town, I'd reccomend it for staying with her alone!close

couldn't reccommend this enough... Spent a great two nights here, so comfortable, own bathroom, very clean, it was lovely. Not in the center of town but the buses were quick and regular

La Perla was a very nice place to stay. Staff was kind and helpful, and made us feel quite comfortable. Room and WC were equiped, spacious and clean. Although it is located in the outskirts of Verona, it is connected by bus, door to door, with the train station and Castel Vecchio.... more La Perla was a very nice place to stay. Although it is located in the outskirts of Verona, it is connected by bus, door to door, with the train station and Castel Vecchio. Furthermore, one can find a superstore and a good restaurant just crossing the street. I would go back.close

It was a pleasure to stay at La Perla. Located a short cab ride from the town centre, or about a 15 min walk, it was a very clean and modern air-conditioned room with all amenities! and the complementary coffee was great too! The owners were very friendly and helpful and i would highly recommend... more It was a pleasure to stay at La Perla. This is not just a hostel, this is almost a hotel!! The room was perfect: clean, air-conditioned, comfortable beds, even a big television (that you don't need when you are in Verona) and quiet. And a big private bathroom with washing machine. No problems with parking the car! A big supermarket in... more This is not just a hostel, this is almost a hotel!! No problems with parking the car! A big supermarket in front of the house... The perfect location for a weekend-trip to Italy! Too bad we couldn't stay longer because we were on our way to Venice.close
