Some features do not appear clearly in the description: - no window, it gives a very strange atmosphere especially in winter. You feel like in a kind of golden cage - 30 euros penalty for late arrival. It is the first time I ever hear about that. We arrived at 20:30 instead of 20:00 and had to pay an extra 30euros. That is not really what I would call friendly reception. Yes it is specified in the confirmation mail but when you arrive by car in Sorrento, no description of the directions and be careful since it takes 1 hour to perform the last 20 kilometers, that is why we were late. - There is no car park which is a big problem in a city like Sorrento where traffic is quite horrible even in winter. - No soap : yes there is a kitchen but you have to buy soap and shampoo in the bathing room which is not really good since you cannot take liquids in aircraft cabin as we just had hand luggage. I booked this apartment because it was well rated but I really was disappointed, I would not recommend it unless you have no car, you have soap and you are not afraid of living in a flat without window.close

my sister and I loved our apartment-had a great location on the main street and had a good little kitchen and very comfortable bed. one problem though was the club across the street was quite loud and was open quite late so just need to bring ear plugs. but overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location in the very heart of Sorrento. Very big aparment ideal for a family or a bunch of partygoers.

We had a misunderstanding with the owner of the apartment: hot water was limited, and no one told us about it. So, we used hot water in the sink also... Because we didn´t know that, we were twice in cold water while having a bath. That made us really upset. Instead of telling us hot water was limited, so that we could save it to have a hot shower, they found it better to say that we spent too much water... That was really awful. When the owner spoke english he was calm, when he spoke italian, he was screaming and speaking of us...He forgot that maybe I could understand what he was saying... Terrible! I would never come back there...close

The location is great; right in the middle of Sorrento and 5 mins from the beach, our apartment was very cosy and welcoming and they even left us some food to nibble at - luxury! The tourism information office is just around the corner too, as is a laundrette. Although it sleeps 4 people, there is only one proper bedroom and the other 2 people sleep on a flod out bed in the main living area.close

This place was fantastic! It was just what we needed after staying in some 10-bedroom hostels for the same price in Rome. The location is fantastic, and the kitchen is definitly a bonus. I would highly reccommend Sorrento Center Suites.

Their location is not as stated. It is not just a few metres from the station. Their location is also difficult to find and it is actually an information desk which is quite off putting. They are also never open. When we arrived, they were closed. We waited around but it did not open despite the... more Their location is not as stated. It is not just a few metres from the station. Their location is also difficult to find and it is actually an information desk which is quite off putting. They are also never open. When we arrived, they were closed. We waited around but it did not open despite the fact that we notified them of an 8pm check in. As a result we had to check in elsewhere. The address that was given also did not appear to be a hostel or hotel but merely an information desk. It was terrible.close
