Had very very cute romantic room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, staff very friendly, location excellent and safe. Little bit noisy but this is everywhere in Napoli.

The hotel oweners should definitely invest in the bathroom reconstruction, namely waste pipes as the smell is somethimes unbearable.

We wouldn't recommend Naples at all but if you have to go there, this hotel is a reasonable option. However they didn't have our reservation and the owner said she never checked the internet bookings. It was clean, but VERY smokey - all the staff smoked and the smoke filled our room overnight.... more We wouldn't recommend Naples at all but if you have to go there, this hotel is a reasonable option. But the staff were friendly - some spoke English but speaking Italian helped. The location is good because it's close to the Circumvesuviana (regional trains to Pompeii and Sorrento).close

My husband and I really were worried on the initial feeling of this hotel. It's near Termini which is a bad area of Naples. However, the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is remodeling, however our room was gorgeous. I think when they are finished it will be a very nice hotel. I recommend...

It was good only for a sleep.The zone was horrible and we were afraid to walk late at night.The balcony door was broken and the television didnt work.

Maybe a couple of decades ago this might have been a good hotel but nowadays is definitely not. It all started from the moment we arrived when we got the wrong key of our room. When we finally got into our room it was obvious the lack of cleanliness. Hair of all sorts and all over the bed, floor, sink, shower. The bed linen was changed I don't know when and although we asked for clean one we never got it. Dust all over the place and I don't wonder why, when one of the busiest streets is just in front of you and the small and very busy parking lot is also there. TV not working because the cable was missing as well as the remote control. The toilet seat was broken and I got one of the funniest answers to why they cannot change it. Bed bugs maybe, but the matress had for sure a hole in it making it very unconfortable after a whole day of walking. The smell of cigarette smoke hit us every morning on the way to the breakfast room just enough to cut your apetite, not that you would have what for. All in all if you want to throw 60 euros per night out the window go to Milton, otherwise pick something else.close

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and air conditioned. The hotel also provides free internet which is very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

We were under the impression that it was in the center of town, but it was actually in the Train station area, which is very dangerous. We didn't feel safe in the area

Very bad location. Stay as far away from the Central Station as possible. This is a two star hotel and deserves only one star. The single rooms are not very nice, and the shower I had was busted.

Room for first night was bad, after complaining we got a nice one for the next 2 days, staff was friendly!! but cleanliness is..well...not what i am used to..but...if u look at naples..no wonder...the dirtiest town i have ever seen....
