Nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast, close to the train station but there is a dirty and noisy fair just in front of the hotel that wakes you up very early.

Clean and welcoming. IN slightly 'dodgy' area near the station but we had no trouble. Nice to wake up on Sunday morning to a bustling market under our window!

Breakfast was good, accompanied by excellent espresso and had flexible hours. Upon check-out, we were told that the credit card machine wasn't working. We were led to an ATM, but said that we couldn't take money out. Once brought back to the hotel, they told us that the machine finally started working. Don't fall for their scheme and risk ATM fees!!close

It is located in a bad neighbourhood off of a VERY busy market of bootlegged and possibly stolen items. The girls in the group were constantly being stared at and talked to by males, and bringing our luggage from the train station to here was a hassle and locals warned us that people would swarm us and steal things. Luckily that did not happen. It was a ten minute walk from the main train station and bus station, so it was convienant to go to Pompeii from, but the neighbourhood was just so crowded with people and traffic that it would be worth it just to stay in Pompeii instead. It's a far walk from the main port which the ferries to capri leave from. The hotel rooms did feel safe though, and it was nice to escape the maddness of the street. When we showed up to check in the staff made "excuses" about our room not being ready until well after 3pm. They claimed there was a sick woman in it, but we think the maids were just slow with cleaning. It was inconvienant for us and messed with our plans, and they refused compensation. The staff was a little pushy and the continental breakfast was not worth it. Stay outside of Naples if you can as it is a digusting and dangerous place to travel too.close

A little bit noisy. Paper thin walls and a constant rattling noise in my room. Bring earplugs. Good overall location. Close to train station and a 15 minute walk to archeology museum. Very clean and staff was accomodating about getting my room ready when I arrived early.

Round the hotel is the red-light district. But the location close to the station is perfect for the tram. Only the breakfast is poor. The room and the bathroom are clean and the stuff is really friendly.

it was really loud, a lot of strange noises....it was really close to the train station, but the directions should include that via mancini is behind the statue of garibaldi.

It seemed to us that it has recently been renovated and it is quite nice, although I would not call it 3 star, certain things you expect from a 3 star were missing, but a good property if you are looking for something central. The only problem is that the doors are paper thin and we were right off the common area on the 2nd floor, so heard the staff in the morning and also at night when they are watching tv there which I felt was a bit rude. Also there is no breakfast.close

This was a charming hotel right by the train station. It was also very nice that we had a balcony that overlooked a market. I would stay here again.

The area around the train station at piaza garibaldi is sketchy, especially at nite. Pickpockets are all over the place, but the hotel itself is nice and quiet and clean.

Perhaps the reception staff could restrain themselves from ringing the rooms of females travelling alone asking for romance. Otherwise a good clean hotel.
