We were very disappointed by their unprofessional service. The reception kept knocking our door at 8:30 in the morning and woke us up to ask the breakfast menu simply because he forgot to ask that when we checked in. We also received a personal offense from him, that was absolutely unacceptable... more We were very disappointed by their unprofessional service. The reception kept knocking our door at 8:30 in the morning and woke us up to ask the breakfast menu simply because he forgot to ask that when we checked in. We also received a personal offense from him, that was absolutely unacceptable as a guest. the location was really dodgy area and the noise from outside woke us up so many times. The only good point of this hostel was close to the port.close

very clean, breakfast very poor , not vey organised. Located in a very bad area of Naples , not as near to the station as the website says. We actually had to ask for a taxi everytime we wanted to go out. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean though.
