It's an hotel then the price is higher than an hostel but for 3 stars, and the price, it's really a nice place... Well located also near the station from where you arrive from Roma but also from where you can go to Pompei, Sorente etc !!!

This place is not in a good area at all, but is close to the station. Is there a 'good' area in Naples? I dont think so. Bed was comfortable enough, but staff and cleaners are weird and will freak you out, they never leave and sit around chat and smoke all day. Room safe and beds good enough, front desk mildly helpful, free internet was non existance unless you got chummy with the reception. Breakfast ok, but get there early for it.close

Language was barrier was an issue with most staff though everyone was very helpful and accomodating. Was great accomodation and excellent value.

We were very impressed with the directions to the hotel which although not in the best area of the city was very well placed for travelling to the major places of interest i.e. Pompeii, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Capri etc. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to leave baggage safely... more We were very impressed with the directions to the hotel which although not in the best area of the city was very well placed for travelling to the major places of interest i.e. Pompeii, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Capri etc. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to leave baggage safely in a cupboard in Reception until we left Naples at 7pm. we would have no hesitation in recommemding this hotel to other travellersclose

The hotel inside was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was not very helpful. They were mostly buisness. Only time I saw a smile cracked by the front desk was when he was handing back my passport as we left. Good location next to the train station. Easy out. I had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was in a bit of a bad area but definitely secure. The staff were amazing and the rooms were among the top in Naples I'd say. Guido and his staff were so helpful, even if they didn't speak much English. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

This place is convenient if you are using the train. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. As I recall the directions provided by the hotel are not very clear. Once you exit the train station, (train station at your back) walk forward down the Piazza Garibaldi on the right hand... more This place is convenient if you are using the train. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. As I recall the directions provided by the hotel are not very clear. Once you exit the train station, (train station at your back) walk forward down the Piazza Garibaldi on the right hand side of the street. The hotel is on a diagnol street off from another street about 3/4 of the way down the Piazza Garibaldi. The hotel was nice in side but the area and Naples in general is very dirty and kind of sketchy. I gave a lower rating for security because not because I didn't feel safe in the hotel but because the staff gave us the wrong key a couple times.close
