Facilities very run down. No heater in the room. Very dusty blankets and poor linen. Unsafe outside after dark. I wouldn't recommend this place. We left after first night and found a better place.

dont know whats all the hype about this hostel. Toilet is dirty, shower room door spoilt, water overflooding. Bed is comfortable, but i guess its just decent place to live, but definately, not as good as what they say ..

This pension was in a good location in terms of being close to the main station, however the train station is in a part of town that was a little dodgey (as in many cities). The pension itself seemed secured and was clean. Wifi did not work well so we had to use their computer which was free. I'm not sure how this place was rated so high. It was ok, but not as good as I was expecting. Main problem: if the hostel is full there are 3 rooms sharing one bathroom (9 people). Other than that it was pretty good. Very nice lady helps with breakfast in the morning.

We had our coffee precolator stolen from the kitchen. hostel is basic and fairly clean. our room had the other computer so anyone could enter the room when ever they wanted to use the internet. very close to Garibaldi Station is a plus

I met tonnes of people. Naples was so filled with life. I had the most amazing pizza ever. The staff were interested in letting you have a good time. The room was clean and comfortable. Good environment, and close to the train station.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed, would like to come back here. They even have TV in some rooms, kitchen is really nice, breakfast was regular continental, but the coffee was excellent!

Loved this place, close to train station and bus for the airport and easy walking distance of the sites, the staff were very friendly and helpful, reccomending things to do and see and thanks to them i've had the best pizza ever... thanks guy's...:-)

the area (around p. garibaldi) is dangerous and dirty, but accept from that, I felt really good in the hostel. its in the middle of the napolitan life, cheap markets, a supermarket in front etc. and next do the train station.

as a solo female traveler, i found the location to be a bit sketchy at night, and pretty loud outside the window too... but the staff were SO friendly and helpful, the internet was free, the breakfast was good, i have no complaints!

I enjoyed this place because I slept well. I was only there for 1 night. But the bed was comfortable and it was not too hot. There was free internet access and the showers were strong. And the guy on duty did not even seem upset when I rang to be let in after 4 AM.

this hostel was ok, the staff were not particularly friendly one just kept walking into our dorm randomly and talked to us really loud when other people were sleeping which was a bit rude.

best location ever, like right next to train, very clean and safe, unfortunately some very rude staff that feel the need to tell you off for things that are none of their business and do not concern the hostel at all. but a really great place to meet other people and hang out, market outside...

Good location to Napoli Centrale but thought the bathroom was a bit dirty (like the rest of Napoli really, so by these standards, it is ok!). Hotmail and Facebook wasn't working on the internet (something to do with the ISP blocking it).

I got eaten by a mosquito, every evening a garbage truck loudly came to pick up garbage, and every morning a loud outdoor market happened on the street below the hostel. Staff were friendly and very talkative. Nice to have a balcony in each room. Nice to have frigerator and kitchen accessible.

Staff was excellent, rooms are good, balcony is nice, location is good, a bit sketchy but isn't that ALL of Naples? Close to train station and lots of good cheap shopping and food. Check out the amazing kebab place down the street!

There is a brochure with a brief city map and the location of the hostel. It comes in handy when doing sightseeing there. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone who visits Napoli.close

Staff were very helpful and told us where to go and what to do to be safe. We felt secure in the hostel although it was a bit noisy overnight with the doorbell ringing.

The guys here are awesome. It is a rougher area of town near the train station, but it has the advantegs of the markets and easy access to all transport. The kitchen and rooms were super clean and well cared for. An excellent place.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the hostel. Do a good job of keeping it clean. Had nice facilities. Kitchen, rooms, bathrooms. It was a 5 min walk from the train station. Kind of weird area, but not to bad. Nice, good place. Went to pompei for a day for really cheap too.

The best kitchen i have seen in a hostel, wish mine at &acute;home was like this... 5mins walk from the train station. Markets and supermarket in square out front. Just remember that this is Naples- keep your wits about you. We had no trouble and the owner gave us helpful advice about avoiding pickpockets and not getting ripped off etc. Its reputation preceeds it a bit but there are dodgier places in Australia...close
