This was a fantastic hostel in Naples. The reception staff, especially carla where extremely helpful. The double rooms were excellent, with all sorts of extras such as DVD players. A great place to stay!

Great stay there, best place to go discover the marvels of Pompei and Herculaneum and get lost in the crazy streets of Napoli... Staff is worth its reputation, clean, great common rooms, only downside would be the distance to the train station (but you wouldn't want to stay near this station...)

The Staff is very knowledgeable about where to go to see the cool sites and how to get there but they are unaware of things closing on Sundays and Holidays as is common in Italy, disappointing, but still i would go there again.

People is what makes a vacation memorable and this is the main reason why you should stay there. Staff is awesome and go beyond what one would expect to help and make you enjoy your time in napoli.

HOTS is a great place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I decided to stay three more days here, and they were able to work things out so I could even stay in the same room, which I was not expecting. Really, if you come to Naples try to stay here!close

Really nice hostel, easy to find. 3 computers with internet, 3 showers, great breakfast with the biggest jars of nutella i've ever seen! lockers, movies. great place to see napoli from.

The room was a bit crammed up with 6 beds and it was smelling a little bit (may be because it rained that time) but otherwise it was ok. There is a kitchen as well so if you want you can cook also. The breakfast room is also a nice place to meet other people.

Great hostel! The best I have stayed in. The staff are crazy but in a good way, super friendly and learn everyones names. Really easy to meet people, good breakfast, nice bright dorms, great common area. Like staying with a huge group of friends.

It's as homely as possible without being weird. The staff were extremely nice and helpful (especially Alex) and the breakfast the best we've had in Europe.

i loved this hostel ! if i ever go to naples again i would stay here in a heart beat. the staff was amazing and it was a fun place to hang out and relax after sightseeing and touring.

The beds had a lot of springs in them so it wasn't a comfortable night's rest. I felt like the princess and the pea. The location is really great - but I think next time I will book a hotel.

Pros: great staff, very social environment, the free breakfast is good. 3 euros for washing, clean. probably one of the best hostels ive stayed in. Cons. ... ummm... good question.

a very good hostel near the Naples harbor. so you can go after a 10 minute walk with the ship to Capri and Ischia. The City with the old and small gasses is also only 10 miuntes away. Thats very good.

El hostal muy bien, limpio, centrico, la mayoria de los huespedes muy agradables, pero algunas americanas adolescentes tardias un poco molestos.Para ellos era muy divertido. Recalco que fueron 2, en ningun caso problema del hostel

I can see why this hostel has the high ratings that it has received. good showers clean kitchen,good breakfast. great, knowledgable, helpful staff amazing common room and more. my only complaint is the midnight curfew but on the other hand it provided for a great nights sleep. book in advance...

Staff were exceptional.Very welcoming and helpful. This hostel is very clean, excellent facilities, free internet, good breakfast. Very close to the port if you are arriving to Naples by boat. Highly recommend!!

Its the staff that make this hostel, Lucca is excellent, lots of fun. The hostel itself is pretty average, the bella capri across the road has more spacious dorms and common room.
