I really liked it here, the breakfast and the home cooked pasta every night are the best!! The beds were comfortable. Though they were doing renovations when i stayed and they were quite noisy in the morning. The staff were fantastic... very friendly!

Very good location near via Tribunali (pizza´s main spot), friendly staff, clean place. On the other hand, poor breakfast, lack of proper towels and pay-elevator! Very good place to stay, though.

Welcome Inn is a great place to spend a few days in Neaples! The location is very central, close to pubs and shops and all the town's amenities. The staff is extremely caring and professional. The price is reasonable, and the quality of the service is high. We will be back there, for sure.

No welcome when we arrived. Didn't even get shown the bathrooms. No locks on doors, the old guy behind the desk walked in on us changing. WI-FI didn't work! and they couldn't have cared less! Would never return

Nicest people ever running the hostel, We love you Mario! Made our beds for us, gave us breakfast in the morning, bought pizza and wine for the whole hostel one night! Our safe haven in dodgy naples, would reccomend to everyone

very good hostel the only let down for me was the bathroom facilities the showers where very small but the rest of the hostel makes up for this i would most definitely recommend this hostel Trish makes you feel welcome

Great location. When you get off the first stop on the blue line (Cavour), you need to walk towards the Museo (red line) stop, in order to head in the right direction. Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this hostel as previous guests decided not to vacate the room, but the staff were extremely helpful and had booked another hostel for us and had arranged for a taxi to drive us to it. We tried to walk in for another stay and they were booked out, but the staff let us use the internet to find alternative accommodation and gave us breakfast. Top Bloke!close

do i seriously get a penny?? very clean, and the staff very helpful and always present for a query. the breakfast is very proper, and the pizza you can order from the hostel from the shop just down the street is amazing and very cheap. i definately recommend this hostel.

Family business.They welcome people with hearts.The building looks old but inside is nice and bright.Good view of the busy street from fifth floor.Free pasta once per week provides good chance to have fun.Highly recommend!

The hostel is family run, so its awesome. Its in a pretty good location, you get breakfast, kitchen facilities are great, your allowed to use their internet for FREE, they have air conditioning,They have pay TV in english. so its really nice just to hang out their.

Really great hostel. The staff were lovely. Nice breakfast. Big, clean rooms with good storage. Easy to get to by metro. Comfortable common area. Luggage storage. Would definitely recomment to anyone staying in Naples.

Ich bin sehr begeistert über diese Jugendherberge. Sie ist im Zentrum Neapels und die Atmosphäre ist total nett. Die Inhaber sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt sogar Frühstück, obwohl der Preis schon sehr gut ist. Das Hostel ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!
