We had stay'd in a 5 star hotel in amsterdam that was really similar to this place, staff friendly, breakfast taken to room at whatever time suits, rooms massive and beds sooooo comfy

Bathroom stunk, toilet seat coming off. Loud noises from plaza. Staff non-responsive to requests. Plaza terrifying, and no safe in room! Don't stay here!

This was a sweet place to stay with a nice staff and homey feel, more like staying in an apartment. They bring your breakfast to your room in the morning. It's a very convenient area, but not necessarily beautiful. Be prepared to pay cash.

We stayed 1 night but we loved it! The location was as central as it could be and the room was fantastic! For that price we got air condition, towels tv etc. It was really a positive experience. We are coming back in september!

Very hard to find. Took us ages to before some kind person showed us that it was located at the very top right hand corner in Piazza del Guiseppe Garibaldi. As seen from station. (Large purple red wooden warehouse doors with small inset wooden entrance door). Be sure to let him know by phone or... more Very hard to find. Despite the name being Napoli Centrale Hotel when you get there it has a different name and you do feel uncomfortable as you are not sure as to whether you are being ripped off!

We loved everything about your place! We recommended it to a father and daughter we met during our travels. Your place is one of our fondest memories. It was truly "a little piece of heaven". And the breakfast was great, too! Thank you for everything! Nina Insinna and Jeff Stephens

Absolutely excellent service. Mario is superb, and a true gentlemen. We were made to feel that nothing was a problem, and the room was luxuriously wonderful!

Central Station area is quite daunting - busy, dirty and a reputed high level of crime. However b&b was tucked away, felt safe and very nice. Don't be put off the immediate facade of building - its location is good for travellers and a lovely place / friendly staff.
