We received a very warm welcome from the staff and the location, although extremely noisy, is perfect for exploring and near to all amenities. We would definately recommend this place for any would be vsitors to Naples.

The B&B Fiori di Napoli is only a private appartament. Staff (the family that live there) are completely unfriendly and crazy. The day we arrived they said us a lot of bad words and treat us very bad because we arrive at 12 in the night. I had also phone them in the afternoon to say that... more The B&B Fiori di Napoli is only a private appartament. Staff (the family that live there) are completely unfriendly and crazy. The day we arrived they said us a lot of bad words and treat us very bad because we arrive at 12 in the night. I had also phone them in the afternoon to say that our train was late! When in the moornig I asked for the rasons of a so incredible welcome they said me I can f*** o**! So we decided to change hostels and they closed the door with key for us making us prisoners. They said we had to pay them also the nights we had booked! We had to call the police to get out save of that terrible place. It was like an horror film! I pay the night I was there and I lose the 35 euro I give to your siteclose

everything was great about i fiori, except the women that owned it did not allow me to store my luggage after they told me they could, this cost an extra 6 euro at the station....also, do not follow the directions to get tehre, they are very unclear!.....and no mention of free breakfast, they...

This place is a gem. I booked a 4 bed dorm from the web info but found there are in fact no dorms, just single rooms with comfy double beds and TV (at the dorm price). Staff are fabulous, tell you everything you need to know about city, serve good breakfast. Bathroom outstanding. A minute's walk... more This place is a gem. I had a great time staying here. It feels more like you are staying with friends than at a B and B. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Do not be put off by the neighborhood, it's quite a good location.

This bed and breakfast is beautiful and right in the heart of via Toledo - the best street in Napoli. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and good conversation. Recommend to all.
