Very nice small apartment in florence city centre just 2 minuts by walk from the main central train station of Santa Maria Novella . ADRESS IS VIA NAZIONALE 45/47 PICK UP THE KEYS IN VIA NAZIONALE 22 BY ARAMIS OFFICE The best location to be in town. The apartment is completely booked only for you - not sharing with someoneelse- and is located on the 1 st floor of this very old ancien florentine building and has 1 entrance, 1 living room with 1 sofa queen bed - and 1 big room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed with ensuite bathroom with showertube. we offer free of charge use of electricity use of the kitchen & fridge unlimited hotwater heating city maps storage of luggages for early check in or late check out free museums reservation not included in the rate bed & bath linen extra eur 3 per person 1 night stay extra fee of eur 15 to be added late check in after 8.30 pm eur 15 to be added key deposit will be requested at check in ; supermarket & laundrymat &internet point just down the stairs. please do not apply multiple booking as this is only 1 flat that can have from 1 up to 5 guests. multiple bookings will be rejected. thanks for understanding . Pubs, Clubs, restaurants and pizzaplaces ,laundrymat and supermarket and internetpoint, are within walking distance. cash payment please. UPON ARRIVAL please advise your mobile nr with areacode and arrival time in town. If you arrive by train please pass by our office just in front of via nazionale 43 to register , to pick up keys and free map and pay. Our office is located out of the train station left side 2 minuts by walk take via nazionale right side nr 22 ring bell ARAMIS - office ours from 9 am to 08.30pm in case of early arrival or later departure you can use our hotel lobby. in case of late arrival please inform us exact arrival time and mobile nr in order to fix an appointment for checkin . thanks . 15 euros extra charge for stay of one night only will be charged. thks

It was hella loud. The neighbors were kinda sketch but there is a big ass bolt on the door. Sweet market around the corner. Kind of hard to find at first. Nice staff let us keep our luggage there after check out.

We spent an hour searching the office,when we found it at 2 pm nobody was there.When we came in we realized that it's not a hostel-it was an apartment with a kitchen, which we couldn't use,in a building with other people(they were not tourists).Under the apartment was a laundry service so it was... more We spent an hour searching the office,when we found it at 2 pm nobody was there.When we came in we realized that it's not a hostel-it was an apartment with a kitchen, which we couldn't use,in a building with other people(they were not tourists).Under the apartment was a laundry service so it was a bit noisy, even during the night.One night someone knocked at our door for 15min.Location and apartment are good but we wouldn't recommend this place.close

Place is in good location to explore Firence. Apartment for 5 people have only 2 blankets. But we stay only one night and this was not a big problem. Near was a very cheep supermarket ;)

This place was fantastic, beautiful little flat, close to the train station, markets, and some of the sights. litteraly next door to a supermarket, clean, great shower, beautiful kitchen, . Perfect for a couple, but can sleep 5 if you had to. There is a fold out couch and spare bed in the lounge...

We felt very welcome at the apartment and the people who rent it we very kind. The location was nice, very central and close to all sightseeings. We truly enjoyed our days in Florence.
