Staff here were more then helpful. We had to switch to a different location upon arrival and was taken there by car, and was upgraded, thank you very much

the location is very good because is near the train station y de city center, someone comes every day to the apartment to make de beds. We were 5 persons and we like. The reception was in a hotel and the staff was correctly, they keep our luggaje.

independent studio flat, perfect for 4-5 people and far more economical than hotel rooms. a fuse blew but they fixed it straight away. v handy for train station. no complaints at all

We booked a 5 bed and was pleasently suprised to get an aprtmentwith 2 baths, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms that slept 6, TV. It was awesome. We were about 450 meters from the train stationand we had a grocery store near by as well. We were able to store our bags after checking out. This apartment was amazing. We spent Christmas here and it was very comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen(even an oven), and the maids came in to clean even on Christmas Day. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to train station. The rooms appear better in real life than in the photographs.

THis is one of the best appartments I have ever stayed in. It was large, luxurious for the price and convininetly located. The staff was curteous and friendly. I would go there again if I go to Florence.
