tres bien reçu par le personnel tres sympas et serviable.total liberté dans l'hotel vous avez les clefs; seul bemol certaine chambre donne sur la rue donc bruillant quand il fait chaud avec les fenetres ouvertes. Cela reste tres resonnable niveau px pour une ville magnifique mais plutot chere.

Beatrice (the manager) was very helpfull and treat us like queens!!! I strongly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again!!!

Horrible. Do not stay here. It bills itself as a hotel but has one small shower in the common area to share. The owners were not there when I arrived so I had to wait outside until they decided to come. Bad atmosphere, bad service, overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Very nice place to stay in Florence. Location is ideal for all main sites and adjacent to many artisan shops and places to go out for a drink. Rooms are large, clean and detached bathrooms are no problem. We would stay here again for sure.

The older man who I assume is the owner was VERY forward with me, I felf VERY uncomfortable when I checked in. It was late and I may have been one of only a few guests in the whole place. He was WAY out of line! If he isn't around, the place was very nice, clean and spacious.

Our room was amazing. It was huge and the ceilings were frescoed! The staff was very nice and the location was decent, but it was a bit far from the train station-about a 45 minute walk with backpacks. Bathrooms and bedroom was very clean and we felt very safe in the hotel. Would definitely...

Was slightly worred about the place before arriving but the room had so much character and the staff were excellent! If only they had hot water in the shower!

Some of the staff had a difficult time speaking English. There wasn't much to do at the hotel itself. It was within 15 mins of the main things in downtown Florence.
