Very friendly and efficient. noisy because of road works when we were there, but slept well in lovely large bed. helpful staff who provided a coffee machine immediately on request when I said theirs was only good for tiny espresso style caffe. Recommended and bus service into Florence very good - every 10 minutes and a good way of seeing how the Florentines live and work.close
