Roberto is a charming host, breakfast simple but good value. Rooms small but clean, AC works but suffers when outside temp is above 28°c. Great location close to tain and bus station, Duomo and importatn attractions. Robertos food recommendations excellent and good value

This hotel is in a pretty good location from the Duomo and shopping areas but for the same price you coud find a much better hotel. No lift and poor quality.

great location,very central and with that comes noise -which Italy is very good at,in all cities,even small ones.Ask for a room away from the front streets as it will be quieter - they were very accomodating in changing our room when they could. If you are looking for a good hotel close to everything then this is the perfect place. The staff are friendly offering advance on what to see and do plus the breakfast is great. Only 2 minute walk from the station this is a great, clean place to stay. Would definelty stay here next time we...

Lovely hotel in a good location near the station and the centre... only problem for us was the noise from the street as our window opened onto the street. Very friendly, helpful staff. Having a safe in the room was great too

Fantastic, helpful staff. The man on the front desk speaks perfect English and is more than willing to help with anything. Location is fantastic - close to everything. Good restaurant on the same street. I will definitely return to hotel Nizza next time I'm in Florence.

Very good l ocation...5 mins walk to the train station and dome but the rooms were not that clean and smelled very bad...the air onditioner was not working well and the breakfast is terrible...cheap and location is the only advantage to this place!!

This hotel is such a convenient location from the train station, the tourist spots and the leather shops. It's a great place to stay in florence. Clean, secure, friendly, and homey. Highly recommended.

The location is very good; the staff helpful. Breakfast was standard continental. The bath was small but recently renovated. Our first floor room faced the street; double glazed windows helped keep the noise down. We found the price/quality very good for the discounted rate which we obtained....

Hotel Nizza was right in the heart of Florence. The room was a good size and had a nice rustic style. The staff were very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good. We definately recommend Hotel Nizza and we plan to return!

Place is very clean and nice. 5 minute walk from the rail station. If you are checking in late at night, the night desk person did not speak any english and it was quite difficult coomunicating wiht him. However, the regular day staff more than made up for him.

Great place to stay in Florence! Hotel is extremely close to the train station and only about 5 minutes (if that) to the Duomo. Florence is easily accessible by foot and this place is great. The staff was really nice. The hotel is clean and very cute.

The owners of this hotel are unbelievably nice and funny. The hotel is small and cozy with an awesome location near the Duomo. The price is a huge bargain with such a nice experiance at this establishment.

The hosel was friendly and the rooms spotless. Although quite basic the room was tastefully decorated. Hotel Nizza was definately good value for money and as inviting as some of the more expensive hotels in the area.

the location is perfect of the hostel. the staff is friendly and the cleanliness is acceptable. the hostel itself has no attractions but that is not necessary because the most important places are very close to the hostel. we recommend this hostel for a stay in firenze. we stayed in a twin...

We LOVED our room at hotel nizza. It was bright and airy with a big window and high ceilings. We liked the tile floor and nice bathroom. The air conditioning even worked, and the young, female hotel clerk was so sweet and helpful. It was really close to the train station which was nice.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was great (just a short walk from the train station and to major sites), and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again.

The staff was soooo helpful....They made a mistake on my reservation, but corrected it and sent me to another hotel with the same price and amenities. The location of both hotels was great.
