This is a very simple, basic hotel but the location of Hotel Giappone is excellent. I am not accustomed to the shower not being separated from the rest of the bathroom but it worked quite well. The heating unit above the bed was adequate but unfortunately blew on the bed so was not comfortable...

5Esta muy bien situado, muy limpio, son muy agradables... y esta muy bien de precio! lo unico malo es que son tres pisos sin ascensor, pero cuando estas alli se te olvida que los has subido. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

4Excellent place that we would recommend. The entrance is not lovely, and there are 3 flights of stairs, but the hotel is very tidy and in an absolutely great location. The room and bathroom were very clean.

11The hotel has an excellent location, literally two or three blocks down from the Duermo as well as the train station. The woman working the front desk was very helpful whenever we asked her for directions. English is considered a second language but she made an effort and that is what matters.... more The hotel has an excellent location, literally two or three blocks down from the Duermo as well as the train station. As for the actual hotel, the rooms are clean and that is about it. The hotel is pretty simple; it is not a four star, but there are beds for you to sleep on and that is about all you will need in Florence.close
