Nice and clean place. Staff was VERY KIND and helpful. Location is the only downside but if you're up to a nice walk through Florence you won't find any problem. You can always take buses anyway. We didn't. Would stay there again.

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was provided. The walk to the Duomo took about 15 mintues but as there were limited amenities around the hotel, the walk or bus ride wa necessary.

Total lack of hot water. Not good value for money. Poor breakfast. Refused 1st room offered.

Location was very good, close to the Duomo, but 10mins by bus from main train station. Not an easy city to navigate by bus for first-timers in Florence. We were happy to have breakfast included in the price, staff were very friendly and helpful. no power sockets were working in our room & there was very little ventilation - a fan wouldve been great!close

For price can't complain. Great location. We wouldn't stay again or recommend this place, but if all you need is bed to crash at night good enough.

There was a great sit down breakfast in the morning. There was only one bathroom for the whole floor. Overall- not bad for the price and location.close

It's too far from the central station. So if you want to go to the hotel, then you should take a bus. The breakfast is good. But there was no cumputer for customers.

it's a really nice hotel, in the center of florence; rooms are clean, a bit small, it's an old building that looks nice; no parking though, you must pay for a public one

A walk to the main part of the city but not bad. It's near the University there so a lot of the food places near us were for University aged people.

They cater to your every need. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was constantly making sure if we needed anything. The location, while it may not be in the center of Florence, was still great-only a 10 min walk from everywhere it seemed! Also, if you have four people, it is fun if you get the shared bathroom! Only 12 euros, and 2 of us got our own room, while 2 others got a bigger room with a double bed--and we each got our own shower! Great deal!! The building a little older, and the bathroom might not have been top quality, but it still seemed nice, and is great for a cheap, affordable weekend trip. I highly reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quick place to stay!close
