It was too small and a 3 bed room is converted to a 4 bed one, making a double dekker bed.

The staff is very helpful and the location is good, close to the train station and easy to go by walking to many important places in the city, but a little bit difficult to find because the numbers aren't in order. The room was ok!

Ótima Localização, porém não trocavam as toalhas de banho e o quarto tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro.

Make sure to get a private bathroom because you have to walk pretty far to the shared one. My wife hated this place. It's just really low rent in a very expensive city.close

The location was great and the beds were comfortable but the room was small and very loud. We could hear people in other rooms and everything going on in the lobby and the courtyard even late at night. Francesco was very helpful and friendly. There was a laptop to use for free internet.

Staff was very accommodating (when they were actually there). Room was basic but we were not given shampoo or toilet paper (I had to look in a hallway cabinet to find it). Two remotes in room only had one set of batteries to share between the two.

Good for a place to stay, the room is pretty small but nice and neat and I felt very safe and secure there as there was always someone at the front desk.

The place is quite close to most of the major attractions in Florence and close to the train. The rooms were a little dirty and in disrepair (water pipes leaked onto floor of room) and smelled highly of cigarette smoke. Not much else to say really, only one bathroom to share among the other...

This hotel was very difficult to find...however once i found it i had to wait 1 hour before someone had checked me in. The room was fine had everything i needed. But the fact that i had to wait an hour to check in really caused much distrust toward the staff.

Hotel Etrusca is a very nice hostel with a great location. It is a six minute walk from Florence's main train station, Santa Maria Nouvella. The rooms were clean and the staff fairly welcoming. Our room had an air conditioner which really helps out in the hot months!

I would highly recommend this place. It is central to all attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. It is approx 5 min walk to Statue of David. Very clean and secure. Staff are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again if in Florence.
