Very co-ordinated and nice staff every member of which knows his business. Very spacious room and a convenient bathroom. Everything is very new- towels, shower cabin, linen. A multi-channel TV which gave an opportunity to choose between 20 channels including English-speached. We watched Torino Olympics and were aware! :) A very nice ''unlimited'' breakfast with cornflakes, cheese, ham, cereals, choice of coffees/ teas/ chocolates/ juices in a very quite and clean dinning room. This is a very romantic place and their double bed is ideal for a couple. I have never seen that high level of cleanliness ever in Europe for that price. Very quick check in and check out. Brilliant location in front of a small park and just 5 minutes walk from the station, surrounded by wonderful trattorias, pizzerias and all the main historical views but in the same time in a very quite and away-from-tourists area. I would give them 4 stars even if they give me some fresh fuit or vegetables for breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. And a small advise - ask for a room with a back yard view to avoid the noise of the street. Their backyard is absolutely quite and lets you enjoy the intimity in fullclose

My husband had a savage attack from mosquitos in the bedroom at night time. Lots of Mosquitos in the room. We were not informed of the time for breakfast (7.30-9.30am) and missed it on our first morning. The second morning we went down at 9am and there were just a few BURNT croissants left. Asked the staff if they could bring different ones and were told thats it, no more. Very poor considering breakfast was included. Also, we were recommended a restaurant on our first night and it was awfulclose

Our reservation did NOT appear in the hotel's administration. And since they did not have a spare room, we had to stay in another hotel. They also did NOT receive money from Hostelworld! We would like to GET BACK OUR MONEY! So would you please DO something about this! Thank you.

Someone entered my room and fiddled with my suitcase lock. Don't feel secure at all. No heating at night makes the cold unbearable.
