One of the staff is helping us much, she gave me an information about Florance, her willingness to help made us impressed. the location is good, the room quite bigger and the price is cheap. Including breakfast also. It's worth it for budget traveller

Nice for a night, awesome rooftop garden with a great view of the city. About a ten minute walk from the main train station. Very close to the main market and a supermarket is close by.

My friends & I love this hostel really much. It's really cheap & provide a very good breakfast. It's also very close to the duomo. The staffs show us the usefull information.

Location is awesome, top floor of building with lift (phew!!), roof top terrace very special. Staff very friendly, helpful. Only negative is that we couldnt stay longer as they where full. Stay here.

We were moved from the original hotel into another of their buildings as they were having renovations. But the staff were very helpful and friendly and it worked out great. It was handy to be next to the train station too, and a quick walk to everything you want to see.

It was near to museums and the breakfast was quite good. Appropriate for those who wants a cheap & good place to sleep.

Very good location, we were put in a room on the opposite side of the road to the hotel, we found the host quite rude and the breakfast was bad, otherwise good room and a good base

The staff were very helpful and funny, the location is very good but quite hard to find. The house numbers are misleading, so just walk down the street with McD's on the corner and stalls on the other side; eventually you'll get there after bou 5min.

Nice quiet place. Breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular. Air conditioning was nice and it is near everything. If your looking for a bed, this is a decent place.

This hotel was great for being close to the train station, and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. As its a hotel its not exactly what you would call fun. The room isnt in the same place as the office, but you can go to the office and use the internet for free for 20mins a day which is...

It's a great hostel for a GREAT price :)) Had really nice time in Florence.. again :) And we will come again and again - that's for sure, because the city is just marvelous :)

nice place, kinda hard to find, you have to look up! its over an icecream place, and you have to buzz to get in, but very good value for money...even if the air con didnt work, it was still a steal for the price and the roof top terrace was perfect for a few beers at the end of a day

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleannad had a own TV. The elevator is very small. The breakfast was good. The location is VERY GOOD. We just walk within 10 mins walk from the main station.

Considering how cheap this place is it was amazing. The breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful and the room was clean and even had its own tv. Would definately stay again!

The reception staff were really friendly and the room was very clean. Internet was free for 30 minutes which was a plesant surprise. For the price it was an excellent deal.

Hotel Derby had a problem with the room when I tried to book in so they re-located us to hotel Stella Mary. Hotel Stella Mary was great, a really authentic Italian hotel with a great en-suite double bedroom. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was lovely.

totally absolutely love this place. not only is it the cheapest place we have stayed but its also the best... and comes with free breakfast, its fantastic, can it get any better than this? we booked our stay for even longer cause its such an awesome deal!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the rooftop access is unbeatable! Wonderful view of the Duomo. A bit noisy for light sleepers in the street facing rooms, but earplugs solved that problem. Can't beat the price and location. Thank you!
