Pretty good. Definitetly not a short walk from the train station, it took about 30min. Very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, helpful staff.

extremely good value for money hotel. i think this place is more suited for a couple or family. good things: clean, secure, close enough to all the sights yet quite enough to have your own space away from all the crowds bad thing: have to walk up three flights of steep stairs to get to...

Too many steps to climb to get to it, but where is't located, that cannot be helped. A lift would make it much better.

Very helpful when found stranded. The breakfast was alittle rushed, but rooms were really lovely, new furniture, super clean.

Very nice location. Room small. Very clean and safe. No noise. Quiet atmosphere. Staff courteous and helpful. The owner is onboard and is quite accomodating. The area at Santa Maria Novella Square is very multicultural. Many immigrants from African countries. Very nice and respectful. I felt safe.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Previously we have stayed at 2 star hotels in NYC and they were far poorer in quality so we were really impressed by this 2 star hotel in Florence. The rate even included breakfast which was a bonus.

Great hotel with many amenities! Bring your laptop if you have it to access the internet in your room. Also very close to the Duomo with a view of the cupola. Also breakfast is small but nice with fabulous cappucino.

Except for incredibly poor and unhelpful directions, it was an amazing place to stay. Lots of quality for not a lot money.

This was a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone going to Florence. Everything was clean, and a maid even comes everyday restocking towels. I would for sure stay there again upon returning to Florence.

The hotel will be complete once the lift is fitted in 6 months!! The hotel is only 5/10 minutes walk from the cathedral, and is a great base to discover the gems of Florence. I won't stay anywhere else!close

on the internet site it stated that the hotel had internet access- hoxever on enquiring this was not so and we had to look else where which was a bit of an annoyance- otherwise we enjoyed staying there and would probably again if we visitted the area
