Our stay at this hotel was very nice. the staff was helpful and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but other than that we had no problems at all.

A bit austere, but perfect for a cheap place to stay, and has all of the basic amenities. About 10 minutes walk to Duomo, fairly convenient to most attractions, and what isn't nearby you can take a bus to. Perfect if you don't want a hostel environment, especially if you aren't in the under 30s...

This hotel is OK especially breakfast. However, I do not like bathroom. We stayed in twin bedroom with bathroom inside. The room is OK but the bathroom is too small and very old. There are air condition but it can not work. Nevertheless, the weather is not too hot so it is still OK. The location...

Very helpful staff that gave great directions and tips. A bit far to get to from the station but the walk into town isn't too bad.

The Hostel isn’t new, or romantic, or in the Duomo. But you get clean sheets, key for the door, a great breakfast, not far from the center, and the best price!!!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence on a budget.close

It's an excellent value for your money. The staff is very polite and friendly, rooms are cleaned every day, and breakfast (included) is modest but quite satisfactory for those who are not accustomed to fill their stomachs full in the morning. And you only need circa 15 minutes to walk to the Dome from the hotel.close

Pleasant family hotel, always kind and helpful. Sympa to difficulties with forward planning (French rail strike) and possible change of room. Breakfast OK but why such awful coffee in Italy of all places? Would definitely stay there again.

A little dingy, but overall a good deal. Much cheaper than other hotels that are not much nicer. Kinda a far walk from the center of town, but nice staff and decent breakfast (for Italy :).

10 minutes from the duomo, kind of dingy, nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is basically bread and coffee and juice -- a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was fine for someone on a tight budget.
