I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I had a good sized room and ended up getting a private bathroom. and they let me extend my stay even though the hotel was booked. I'll be staying there again. Perfect location too!

I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great with actual beverage service. Rooms were cozy with nice bathrooms. Definatly reccommend this to anyone and would love to visit again.

Perfect location. 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and street markets. big rooms, fantastic breakfast (which is hard to find in Italy) the two young guys at rececption and who served breakfast were very effecient, spoke good english and were able to run up a flight of stairs... more Fantastic place. This is a lovely place with welcoming and polite workers. walking distance to the train station. laundry can be done in the main eeating district (1 minute walk) for cheap rates.

I really loved this Hotel. We were on a weekend away and got Ryanair flights from Dublin to Pisa airport. This Hotel is less than 10 mins walk from where the Bus drops you off at the Train Station. The Staff speak good english.The Breakfast was very good.The rooms are a good size and very clean.... more I really loved this Hotel. The bedroom we stayed in faced a couryard and was very quiet at night time.The location could not be better.It is in the centre of all the big attractions and right beside an open air market.close

I highly recommend this Hotel. Very friendly staff who speak excellent english. The location is perfect.Very central.10 minutes walk from the Train station and no more than 15-20 minutes walk from any of the major attractions but within 5-10 minutes of the major ones. Nice, quiet Hotel. Good...

This hotel is located in a great spot in Firenze. It's convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The hotel's clean and the staff are friendly, particularly the staff at breakfast. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options. The room was clean and spacious. The only negatives were 1. the hotwater in the shower did not last that long; and 2. parking - it's a (expensive) nightmare for parking and the booking website (Trav.com) could have made the options much clearer. Overall, we recommend this hotel.close

Location can't be beat and the room was quiet except for a loud guest at 2 AM talking about her night out for St. Paddy's Day. The sound carries quite a way in the hallways. Overall, a great place to stay.close
