Wodnerful cozy place. great location, with good service and staff. not terribly social for student travelers, but the service, location, and everything else about it most definitely make up for that.

This little hotel is in a great location. Two blocks from the Dome and three from the Train Station. A quiet street and a friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Satff were very pleased to help and a location halfway between the train station and the duomo made this one of the better low end hotels we have stayed in.

Its a nice hotel located just next to the train station, with nice staff and clean rooms, i enjoyed the stay very much.

We didn't end up at the Balcony after arriving and finding out that they had overbooked their Hotel. Fortunately, they were expecting us and had made other arrangements at Hotel Adam, a similar quality Hotel. Two staff members took our bags to this location for us and all were very apologetic.... more We didn't end up at the Balcony after arriving and finding out that they had overbooked their Hotel. Fortunately, they were expecting us and had made other arrangements at Hotel Adam, a similar quality Hotel. Two staff members took our bags to this location for us and all were very apologetic. Hotel Adam was closer to the centre, on a relatively noisy street. The room was large, with comfortable beds and a good size bathroom. Staff were helpful, the breakfast okay and the room cleaned every day. The centre of Florence was within easy reach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.close

we had the greatest time here the staff and owner could not have done more for us facilities were top and breakfast fabulous. the location while hard to find in the little one way streets is in the heart of florence within easy walking distance to Museums and the Duomo Balcony was the perfect... more we had the greatest time here the staff and owner could not have done more for us facilities were top and breakfast fabulous. the location while hard to find in the little one way streets is in the heart of florence within easy walking distance to Museums and the Duomo Balcony was the perfect place to have a quiet drink and the restaurant next door had great food and atmosphere as well as being only five steps away.close

Easy to find with a map, perfect location. Unfortunately the first night we were transferred to another hotel as hotel balcony was full. (hotel Nizza btw) No complaints about either, and we still paid the amount quoted on the sheet. Breakfast was one of the nicer ones we had.
