5Great staff, Ive stayed in a few hostels in Italy, and this has to be one of the cleanest. The staff are very helpful and guests as well. I would def. stay here again if I were to visit Firenze again.

4When we stayed at the Hotel Ferretti we had the perfect location. You are right in the city of Florence and the train station is close. There was no noise problems. The appartment side of the hotel (where we stayed) was secure and comfortable.

2Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht über das Hostel Ferretti. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen, mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, ich fühlte mich sehr sicher und die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ideal.

1BASIC ACCOMODATIONS, NOT ALOT OF CHARACTER, FREE INTERNET :-) SHOWER IS VERY SMALL AND OTHER BATHROOM HAS ONLY A TUB. NICE BREAKFAST, NICE STAFF, CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION 3 MIN WALK, HAVE A GOOD MAP THOUGH I WALKED AROUND THE BLOCK THREE TIMES W/ ALL MY LUGGAGE ;-(
