Superb location. Our room was very old (with fresco on the ceiling!) though well maintained. Friendly staff. Only negative is getting in and out - this hostel is an 3 bedroom apartment in a building, so getting into your room requires taking three flights of stairs and unlocking three doors.

Very very very very noisy. could hardly sleep with all the street noise until 3 in the morning. bathroom was filthy. bed was terribly uncomfortable. two single beds pushed together does not make a double bed. this is not a hostel. this is a cheap room in some guys house.

I only stayed there one night, and I'm glad I did. The only other people I saw were the front desk guy, and my roommate. My roommate, who, although he was a really nice, and interesting man, was older than my father. It wasn't quite the hostel experience I was looking for.

A good location - walking distance to the river and main attractions. It was a good size room with decent bathroom. However, it just didn't feel that safe - and one morning we woke up to find both doors to the apartment open!

The hostel was on a main street, which made it hard to sleep because car alarms went off throughout the night! The washrooms are quite old and the staff were not too friendly. The rooms were spacious though and the location was good.

WORST place I have ever stayed - shower has either boiling hot or freezing cold, beds had bugs in them, a DOUBLE BED was 2 singles pushed together. After 4 months of travelling this was by far the worst place I have stayed. TVs didnt work anywhere either

The staff there are very friendly & informative... they provided all the info I needed before I even asked! Great location that's close to everywhere and the room is clean too... I recommend it to you all =)

Well, i cant say i stayed here long, but of what i did expierence, was a really weird set up, real miss mash, cant understand how it was top rated. But tbh cant be too critical as was only in the building 5 hours, all of which was sleeping :) But stayed at the acedemy hostel and that was 100...

id like to go back again..everything is really good. especially that the restaurant they recommended. if u go there, go have florence steak. it is so nice and very florence....:P

This place is cute. The boy who does reception is cute (well one of them is - the other is a bit rude). Great location, close to everything and generally helpful staff.

A great stay right in the middle of everything. The room was so cute, we had television, towels and a lots of informations given by the owner which was so helpfull since this was our first time in here. The security is the best you can recive, 3 keys. Everything was perfect. Thank you

Very intimidating very unfriendly staff who seemed to be on heroin or something, creepy place, noisy outside, and bed in hallway even tho it was empty. Please don't go there!

It's clean; we had a room for ourselves (we were 3), we shared the bathroom. It was somewhat hard to find the building because the numbers on the street are confusing. We never met Giovanni, but his friend (who was the attendant) was ok and helped us.

we had a fine stay but the hostel was kind of sketchy. there were only like 3 rooms and it seemed like ours was a storage room or something because there was random crap everywhere. also, you have to go out into the lobby every time you want to use the bathroom and it was a bit awkward because...

I do not have comments about. I have booking with hostelworld in this month 3 times, and only in one place aceppted my booking with hostelworld. I have gotten to the conclusion that this is a problem of hostelworld.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Security was excellent, the rooms were also nice Location very good, quiet if you need some sleep but near to the "fun area" We were pleased with our experience!

Locker for everyone could have been better (more Security). Kitchen, or at least common room will give more points to "Fun". But overall it is a nice hostel!

DOnt stay here. The guy taht runs it is retarded. He changed our rooms 3 times and he is never there. Thus, when people come in for late check in they ring the buzzer for hours and hours keeping everyone awake. Oh and the guy that runs it like to keep the TV up really loud while your trying to...

it was funny...Giovanni was hilarious. drank some wine and chilled out...big rooms with lots of privacy it was nice like an apartment. Someone threw up in the sink that night which was nasty, but other than that it was good!

Owner was kind of crazy, but he was very nice. The room (four person private) was very clean and spacious. One negative was that it was a little difficult to find... The building address was clearly marked but there was only a marking on the bell to ring up, nothing really saying that it was...

Great little hostel, I can't wait to come back! staff was extremley friendly and helpful. Close to the Duomo and within walking distance of all attractions. i'd definitley recommend this place to anyone!
