Staff was RUDE and lazy. Room was dirty- we dropped a pill and couldn't find it in the dust bunnies. Location is good. Breakfast is at a bar near by and doesn't open until after 10am on weekends. Wouldn't stay here again.

There was no breakfast in the hostel, but you get a voucher to have a coffee (or thee) and a croissant in a nearby cafe. That's hardly enough if you are hungry in the morning. But apart from that, it's a great hostel, in the historical centre of Florence. I really enjoyed me stay there.

the staff is not good. Make sure you ask for breakfast other wise they wont tell you about it. Dont expect washer or computers. I would not stay here again.

It's not fun having only 1 key for a room/group of people, especially when people are locked out at night and have to buzz the whole apartment to get in. But everything else was great.

Very warm atmosphere, it's in city center. staff is also generous, everthing was excelent. highly recomended to everyone. go and visit...

This apartment is great! The reception is in a different location, so check your email for the other address. The guys who ran the place were fantastic, but they only clean every couple of days. It can be tough with a full house and bins. A great location, we will be back.

we stay there 1 week and we fell very good. The hostel is situated on the river bank close to everything. It have a kitchen and a big living room, so if you want to stay for a long time you feel like at home. we recomand it!

the hostel is very nice, on a quite street in the center. there is a big living room where you can stay with the other trevellers. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We recomand it!

This was a pretty good hostel for the price, except the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything that went on in the entire hostel. There is also no reception in the building, so it's just the people renting the rooms, so there wasn't anyone to answer our questions or anything. Unfortunately we were very dissappointed with this hostel. The kitchen was filthy, so we couldn't use it. Bathrooms also were very dirty. The only good aspect was the location.

We were told we had to meet in one place to be taken to our hostel, but when we arrived at the "meeting place" that was where our room was. The place seemed sketchy but nothing bad happened. The worst thing that happened was when around 8 oclock we were locked out for about 20 minutes because the "receptionist" had to leave, but I'm not sure why we couldn't get in our room. There was one dead bug in our room, but the beds and everything seemed fine. We shared one bathroom with a kid who was living in the "kitchen". It was ok for the price, and especially since we only stayed one night. I don't think I would recommend it for more than one night. Also, there was a pretty nasty smell in the room but again, we didn't stay in the main hostel.close

Great place to stay. The staff were very friendly. The whole place was really clean...and had a great shower!! It was really easy to get to. We had a great stay in Florence.
