great hostel..clean new with lots of facilities..was like being in a hotel with pool and sauna. Only bad point was the heating in our room wasnt working and it was FREEZING cold at night...had to use 3 blankets and staff werent proactive to checking it out when queried

BEST HOSTEL EVER!!!!! WAY more like a hotel than a hostel. GREAT staff!! Clean, cozy, good location! Did I mention the pool and sauna!? Definitely stay here!!!!! I can't even say enough good words about this place!!!

It was a nice hostel but the staff are not really nice people! And by the night it was so cold, one blanket wasn't enough because there was no heating in the room. And other people staying in the room also said that they had told about the cold, but no one did anything about it. Like I said not...

This was one of the best hostel we stayed in! There is a pool, a steamer, some exercising machines, a bar with a dance floor, a huge roof terasse... Wow...! The only negative part: there is a lot of mosquitos in the room...

By far one of the best hostels i have ever stayed in. Met lots of great people and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great time. It has a pool and a sauna, which is a great added bonus! totally recommend staying here!!

This place is SUCH a breath of fresh air when extensively traveling and staying at many hostels---it's super modern, chic, cheap, clean, and has so many amenities that are rare in Italy. PLUS is a nice and clean and friendly hostel. has a great indoor pool and sauna and also a mini gym which was great. rooms are all really clean and modern which was great. Showers were probably the best i have had in 4 months!

this hostel is ok, kind of like being in a big cheap hotel. Staff are fine, but only do bare minimum for you.

weekends can be a bit full on with all the 18 yr olds running around intoxicated i was in an all female dorm and some young thing came in with a guy for the night i think she just passed out as too drunk too much smoke downstairs where smokers congregate near a side door

really awesome hostel with hotel like facilities. esp in the girls rooms. really enjoyed my stay. don't eat the breakfast though, its foul. go to the cafe across the road, the lady there makes good cappucino.

It seemed to be a great hostel, and has great conditions and potential, but we wheren't lucky: we arrived in the room after 10pm and the room was realy dirty, they had completly forgotten it! But they solved the situation quickly (gave us other room), that was good. Great staff who understand the meaning of customer service. Did have some problems though, guest kitchen was lacking adequate equipment and laundry is expensive and dryers did not work, but still an awesome place to stay.

First off the room smelled like someone died. There was dried up snot on the walls, hair on the floors and one of the staff girls was so rude. we had no heat the first night. it was so cold our water was freezing the next day. fantastic! best hostel i have experienced in europe so far! ( have travelled to prague, krakow, berlin, barcelona, edinburgh, rome, among others) friendly and helpful reception, great atmosphere. extra comfort of girls only rooms and a youthful crowd.

I don´t understand why as a guest in a budget hostel, I have to pay for my TOWEL!! The internet is only free if you happened to bring along your laptop. Not as described ´free internet access´. Internet access is pricey. Staff not so friendly as I thought this is a young and energetic hostel.... more I don´t understand why as a guest in a budget hostel, I have to pay for my TOWEL!! Awesome experience! Super clean and nice accomodations...they have a pool, bar, restaurant and even spa treatments! Its only about a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, and a close walk to the train station(if you aren't flying directly into Florence). This place is awesome. A little bit corporate and huge, but value for the cash can't be beaten. The food in the basement restaurant is really good and cheap to boot. The bar is a little lame, but that's ok. The fact that the place has a pool and spa makes up for it.

At all the other hostels I've stayed in, we've paid cash (or whatever other form) up front, and paid for additional nights as we've requested them. the best hostel i have ever been to. would highly recommend this to everyone! this hostel offers more than imaginable-everything you need: computers, laundry facilities plus added bonuses: indoor pool/sauna, cafe, bar/dance floor, spa services (cheap!). i can't compliment this place enough! :)

absolutely nice but..my roommates are terrible.i stayed in mix room and there are 2men.it was ok but they brought a girl to room at midnight. i couldn't sleep all night and changed the room next day..

the hostel was fantastic, the only downer was that it was really really cold!!! the corridor and entrance area seemed to be heavily airconditioned and that cold air seeped into our rooms...also the wifi was a pain because you had to get a new ticket for every hour. Apart from that, it was fantastic!

Good place to stay, lacking in a bit of character though. Get to check-in at 3 o'clock to get the double bed if your in a 4 bed dorm.

I had a great stay..;the person on the bunk below me got bitten pretty badly in her sleep though. There were a lot of computers but anything beyond the 15 free minutes was really expensive...you could go anywhere else in Florence for half the price.
