Favorite hostel so far. Amazingly helpful and generous staff. Rooms are big, clean and most important of all, safe. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Outstanding hostel, one of the best I've stayed in. The staff (owner-operators) are friendly to a fault and dedicated to making sure you have a pleasant stay. Lockers in rooms have locks installed, which is a nice touch.

Awsome hostel! by far the most friendly hostel I've ever been to. Staff is just amazing and kind!... good location, nice breakfast, tidy bedrooms... just GREAT!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they seemed genuinely excited to help with anything from directions to the train station to where to find the best food at an open market. The service was exquiste! I had to get up very early on the day I left to catch a train and breakfast was all organised for me to eat before I left... Very friendly and helpful staff: a real treat!

Really great hostel, clean and friendly, with great bathrooms, good breakfast and books everywhere! Rccommend to everyone, but street traffic is really loud so pack the earplugs.

Certainly the nicest staff I met in a hostel! Really helpfull, they gave us good hint on what to do and see. The place is at Walking distance from the old town. Surely a place to recommend!

amazing. Sylvi is GREAT we loved her as soon as we entered, very clean, very organized, amazing location, amazing breakfast and service. will definitly stay there again without a second thought it was GREAT

OK to be honest, the hostel itself was probably on the same level as 2 of the other really good hostels I stayed at but Sylvia and Max took it to the next level. They were so genuinely warm. They were so genuinely warm. Sylvie helped me lookup train schedules to Pisa even though there's a computer for the guests that I could have used. Max printed out the ticket I later bought for me at no charge even though the printer is the administrative printer. In addition the free breakfast was very substantial. I have to agree wiclose

Although the place takes you back to the days you lived in a dorm in college, it had a good breakfast and the staff was very, very friendly.

I would advise catching a bus from the train station rather than walking if you have a lot of luggage, because it is a fair distance. I would highly recommend this place.close

The best hostel with the friendliest staff in the entire continent. Sylvie and Max are the most helpful and generous host's a backpacker could ask for. its impossible for there to be a better hostel than this.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hostel is very clean with clean towels and linen provided everyday, however we noticed that the keys to our lockers also unlocked numerous others in our dorm! The location is good but no air conditioning -...

This was such a great place to stay if you're young or still in school. The atmosphere was so friendly! I would stay here again if I ever came with a group of friends.

Fantastic Staff. While it may seem like its a far from the train station or the Duomo, its really not bad once you get an idea of where you are and how to get around Florence.

Staff here were amazing, really accommodating and helpful. Hostel location is a little far out so it can take a while to walk to after a days sightseeing. Check the map before following the directions though because they can be confusing! Otherwise had a really good stay in florence here.

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed at in terms of staff, space, cleanliness, and felt like we were staying in a hotel! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome in Florence. I would recommend everyone stay here!!!

Being a woman travelling alone, it was great to sleep in a room with other women who traveled alone, so making contact was very easy. Plus the staff was the nicest i've ever experienced.

I would recommend this hostel to everyone! You get really good value for your money, and the service is incredible.. Ex. the fan in our room broke down, and we only noticed it when it was already 7pm, but we still got a replacement, even through there wasn't a spare one available in the hostel... more I would recommend this hostel to everyone! Max and Sylivia rock!!! What a great hostel, clean, great location, free internet and wifi, plus the owners are amazing. Theyre super friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfast too. Stay here!

The best hostel I stayed in in Italy. The staff were fantastic - as soon as I arrived they offered me an Espresso and showed me the best places to go in Florence. I felt instantly at home - I definitely recommend it.

First thing- this hostel is not a short walk from the train station. In 38 degree heat, with a 12kg backpack on your back it takes about 30 minutes. It is a long way.
