Giuseppi is such a nice man. Keen for everyone to have a good time and be happy. He tells you all the places to visit and shows locations on the map which he provides - most informative check in we've had. Cosy, clean, and comfortable room and kitchen etc. Really reccomend staying here.

I stay one night in the hotsal, the place is excelent, the big problem is the brazilian Sr that is working there, it´s arrogant, but in general it´s ok.

They were very nice...The hostel is very clean, i made good friends there... And the location is marvelous, you can visit all florence from there because is right in the center, just 5 minutes to the catedral.. I'll be back for sure...

We gave an "average" rating for Location only due to the fact that when we arrived they advised that we were to be located 3 blocks from the Guest Kitchen in another building. Great room but they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! 3 euro per person just to use the kitchen and we were a few apartments up so not even located in the actual student house. wouldn't stay again

The location really is just a few minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station, which is awesome. Two of the rooms are over a street with several restaurants, etc. and it can get noisy at night, so bring earplugs or request the inside room. Otherwise, an excellent homebase to see...

Awesome hostel. The owners are fantastic, so friendly, happy and helpful they are just lovely. The location is great, only 3 minutes from main train station and right in town close to everything. The room was huge with a fantastic shower! Overall excellent, would defintely stay here if back in...

My first hostel experience and everything was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and everything was very clean. The location is wonderful just a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. I would definately recommend this hostel to anyone and would stay there again in the future.

We stayed in the Alice house, which was 2 minutes away from the hostel, so we didn't have a kitchen which is in the main house.Giuseppe and his wife will provide necessary maps and information but communication might be a little problematic.

We stayed in a double private. It is an appartment 6-7 mins away from the actual hostel but the place is central. If you are a couple who are looking for a budget hostel with a hotel privacy; go there.

clean, great location but strange staff who seem to watch your every move. a few hidden extra costs to watch for, short beds (uncomfy if youre over 6foot), stuffy rooms. but overall, for a few nights this is a tidy place!

I booked the privet room for 10am, I arrive at 12hs and the room isn't ready yo us. The staff said for give ours bagpack and he left on the floor in front of the reception. So, no security. I had a pretty nice stay with Guiseppe and his nice GF from Brizil. It is a awesome location and a pretty nice hostel. Only thing.... Guiseppe please on gods earth get an air conditioner or a unit for the wall. I could not sleep due to the heat, but other than that it was a nice place.

The guy who runs it is pretty funny, he tries real hard to make everyone happy and does a pretty good job. I had a little trouble with arrival and had to wait outside for a while, but I think it was an isolated incident.

We enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and welcoming. Close to the train station and not far from everything in Firenze. In a decent neighborhood, i felt pretty safe and knew that the proprietors would help me with anything

Very nice hostel. We booked 2 nights and the second night we had to change buildings which was kind of difficult. But the owner showed us to our next location personally. The 3rd night was all booked so he found us a place elsewhere.

Precarious conditions that it has, without air conditioning, without lockers, not safety box,dirty andoo much people for room (till 7 in a 6bed room). No credit cards accepted and no refounded nights exeeds. No recomended.

Me and my friend reserved a 3 bedroom for 1 night. When we checked in, the staff said that there is no 3 bedroom for 2 of us and we have to stay in a 6 bedroom!
