Fantastic. The rooms were nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was right in the city center. The only thing that could have made this place any better was if there had been some form of breakfast served, but otherwise perfect!

Its really easy to get to all the sights & some great shopping from this location & easy enough to find from the train station. The restaraunt... more The staff was awesome! Considering the low prices, this is an excellent and clean hotel on a good location. The staf is very friendly and i would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

really nice place near to the center.the staff is very friendly and helpfull, there is dvd payer in the room:) its funny. the bathroom could be cleaner a bit, but it was good.

Absolutely the best place i ever stayed during this in vacation in europe. It's a charming small hotel, clean with wonderful staff . It is a simple place but i have to say that kindness and the warmth of the ambients made this stay unforgettable. Thanks to the two brothers !!

Excellent location from the train station and city centre. Very friendly and hospitable staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hostel to anyone visting Florence.

Nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. Location to the train station & major sites were excellent. However, its located near a pub so can be difficult to sleep at night. Bathrooms are a bit old.

Magnificent staff and location and I loved the charming atmosphere. They were so helpful and the rooms were all decorated and cleaning ladies came everyday.

The room was pretty gross. Most rooms are an additional flight of stairs up (not including the four to get to the hotel), so going with luggage is tough. The entire hotel smelled very bad, like mold. In the room that smell was intensified. Avoid the shower. The staff WAS helpful for Florence... more The room was pretty gross. Great Price and very central location, only about 10mins walk even with bags from the train station. Very friendly staff. Went to resturant only a few streets away call RA RA as recommended by staff and it was the best meal i had in Italy!

Ok place. Clean and very close to everything, but not all that interesting. It's a hotel so no sense of community like in hostels. Florence is great so you won't be there much anyhow!

The staff were very helpful and the location was good. It wasn't a very lively place though - We were playing music before heading out and the staff came and told us to be quite - although we were hardly making any noise.

We have been moved to another hostel due to overbooking problems. We went to Tina hostel it was ok, allthough the breakfast was very expensive. Florence it is fantastic!!!

What can I say? I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Florence. The staff were wonderful and I miss them very much. They all made me feel so welcome. Very clean and very beautiful. Thankyou so much!!

This hostel is really top-notch. It's in a great location, the price is great, and the room decor is nice and funky. The bathrooms are a little sub-standard, but absolutely more than adequate. Also, you can watch movies for free! We had a blast in Florence, partially because of this hotel.

Although double glazing hgas been installed in the rooms facing the street, it was not that effective against noise funneling up from the street. As a result, sleep was at a premium. A kettle in the room would have been good. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

The staff here was so accommodating and I could not even ask for a better experience. The location was great, and it was more like being at home than anything else. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived nobody answered the door and we were locked outside with our packs for over an hour. Got yelled at for shutting the door too loudly and being loud at about 6 pm. No luggage storage, smelled like sewage, extremely rude staff.
