Beautiful view! great camping ground, but very big with lots of tour groups and tents dont block out any noise. Have to rent lockers to charge your phone etc. Really enjoyed staying here, would definitly go back.

We enjoyed staying here. The tents were a little cold at night, but otherwise comfortable. The view of Florence from the camp was amazing. The camp had a lot of amenities (i.e. Showers, toilets, laundry, market etc). The bus stopped right in front of the camp which made sight seeing more enjoyable.

The campsite doesn't have a good sign posted out front either.close

A great camping ground in an amazing location. Enjoyed my stay- although it is a bit hard to meet people here if you are a single traveller.

Stayed in this camp 32 years ago! All I remembered fondly and so much more. Very glad my children could experience it too.

I lived in those tents-there is no light and it is quite cold at night; but the friendly staff may give you extra blankets. It is roughly 20 mins walk to town, but going back at night can be a bit scarey-you also need to walk up quite a lot to get back, but the view of Florence was superb! No in...

This place was amazing. Great bar/restaurant, heaps of yuoung interesting people there. The view of the city was magnificent from everywhere on the campsite. The tent got a bit hot and it could use some power points.

The view is spectacular and well worth the climb up the hill. The tents can be a little noisy if you are closer to the road (and from September on you will definitely need a second blanket) but that just makes the camping feel more genuine.

Beautiful camping spot with nice beds, tons of showers, laundry, and a restaurant/grocery store. It has a nice view of the city, but its a bit of a walk to get there. The bus stops right at the campground.

Please inform the customers to supply their own lights for the tents, as we were expecting lights inside ours. luckily they had some emergency battery powered mini lights we could use but it would have been really helpfull to have known that we should have brought our own light.

for us this location was ideal, about a 20min walk down hill to the tourist sights but worth it for the views. a bus is also available. quite noisy at night.if you stay in a house tent dont forget a torch!

The site is really good, however the location(a 15 mins walk up a hill side does get a bit boring when you've done it several times) and also the bathroom did smell bad and the shower are rubbish cold and just a large drip. Though for how cheap it is you have to weigh things up.

Definitely recommend staying there although I wouldn't recommend eating there, the pasta dishes are microwavable meals and the pizza's aren't much better.close
