It was very nice, the receptionist was nice too. The bathroom made the whole room smell, but the linens and everything was very clean. A very nice place to stay! Good location too right next to the duomo and not to far from S.M.

The breakfast delivered into our room each morning was excellent and the restaurant/tour advice that Sara at the front desk provided us was first class. Best of all, however, was the fact that after leaving a mobile phone in our room, Sara promptly sent it to us back in London. Amazing!close

The owners were really friendly and we had a huge breakfast delivered to our room each day included in the price so that was great! I did find there were some funny smells sometimes though - might be the sewers generally in Florence, not sure, but it wasn't that bad and they had a air freshner to combat this. I also had a bit of an unrestful night on the last night as there seemed to be a lot of clunking pipes during the night, but it wasnt a problem the other nights. I would recommend it here as it was a really nice relaxed place to stay (maybe bring ear plugs just in case if you're a light sleeper!)close

We were kindly surprised and enjoy a lot our short 1-night-stay there, really. It's got the best quality/price we've seen in years Thank you very much, Sara.

We got excellent service and would highly recommend the Relais il Campanile. The location is hard to beat, just a few blocks away from the Duomo and other main attractions in Florence.

This B&B is wonderful. I stayed in the single room and it was perfect. The B&B as a whole is very secure and quiet. Double bed, fridge, private bathroom, very nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

I would recommend this as it is smack bang in the centre of Florence and you get what you pay for and a bit more. I liked it a lot!

We could hear EVERYTHING from the people staying above in a different B&B. The plumbing and the bedsprings. Apart from that the breakfast was lovely, location awesome and the woman at front desk very helpful.

The B&B is very close from Duomo. It's just one block. The room is really big for a B&B and very clean, as well the bathroom. The breakfast, wich is served in the room, is very good. And the staff is very helpfull and kind.

Our room was cute and we felt like we were staying at a bed and breakfast. They even brought breakfast up to your room at the time you specified. I definitely recommend this hotel to couples travelling together. Our room was spacious enough (king size bed with 3rd bed in room) that it could have easily accommodated a group of three. When we return to Florence in the future, we plan on staying there again.close

Location was excellent within walking distance to everything & about 100metres to the Duomo. The only drawback was the noise coming from neighbouring buildings. Neighbours were extremely loud generally until 4am with loud music & talking.

It was only one flight of stairs to its second floor location and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful, booking reservations and giving suggestions and the breakfast was delivered to the room. It was big and delicious and such a treat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and reccomend it to absolutely anyone. After a week of budget hotels that felt like budget hotels, this one was a fantastic break. Thanks for a great stay!close
