Very good if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation in tuscany. The bus from Florence takes almost an hour. Make sure you bring groceries or you can walk/drive 2 km to Mercantale and find a very small store to get food. You can go wine tasting at a place down the road but you have to make a reservation. Definately recommend this place. Very nice couple.close

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The location between Florence and Siena was perfect. The room was much more than we expected, we loved coming home after a full day to relax in it. The only issue we had was that there was not enough toilet paper and no one was available at that moment.

This is the perfect location if you desire peace and quiet. The setting among olive trees and vineyards is beautiful and serene. You will definitely need a car but can easily create your own fun from this location.close

The appartment is big, has a character and everything you need (great double bed). It is a good starting point to all the major sites in Toscana: Firenze, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena, Val d'Orcia and is in the heart of beautiful Chianti area. Recommend to all with a car. Only one advice: don't go there for Italian holidays. Our highlight: an evening in Lucca and pizza on Via San Paolino.close

Absolutely beautiful country, far from Florence, but it didnt matter to us, we had a car...and we loved being in the country away from the city! Very tidy, clean, well decorated fully equiped apartment. Definately reccommend.
